If you wish to purchase any products through our Platform, you can now choose to pay using a selection of the most known Crypto Currencies in addition to the other payment options we do have.

HERE ARE THE STEPS TO FOLLOW:

1.      Enter your Back-office and select what you wish to purchase. (In this example we selected precious metals) We went to the precious metals tap, accepted the terms and conditions, selected the payment method of Crypto and the amount of 100 Euros.

2.      A security code will be send to our phone which we will have to enter.

3.      Once entered the code we will be redirected please wait while the page is loading.

4.      You are now redirected and can choose from a selection of Crypto Currencies to use as payment to buy. (In this example precious metals.)

5.      You now select your Crypto Currency - we selected Solana

6.      You now go to your private Solana Wallet and copy the amount of 6.84587323 into your Solana Wallet as well as the Solana Address to pay the bill. 

7.      Once done and you send Solana to pay you will be shown the status of your order in the window of your page. Quick reminder the transaction has to be done in no more than 20 minutes or otherwise it will fail and you will have to repeat the process. 

NOTE: If the order failed and your Solana has been taken out of your wallet but not been confirmed on our site, you will be send a refund link to your e-mail. Through that refund link you will then receive your Solana back and you can repeat the process.

If you did not receive e-mail and your Solana has gone send us e-mail to [email protected] and we will help you to get refunded.
